We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Are your diamonds real?
Yes, our diamonds are 100% real. They are cultured diamonds grown in a lab setting, meaning they possess the exact same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds but with a smaller environmental footprint.

Every Lark and Berry piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear.
